Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This remote LPC position gives you the opportunity to support clients from the comfort of your home while providing practical, goal-focused mental health care. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, guide treatment, and help them work through personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The role is ideal for a licensed counselor who wants a full-time weekday schedule and a clear clinical structure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote counseling services to clients located in New Jersey
- Perform clinical evaluations and gather relevant client history
- Build treatment plans with measurable goals
- Help clients develop healthier coping skills and decision-making tools
- Maintain accurate notes, treatment updates, and required records
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements
- Active LPC license in New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with adults, couples, families, or diverse client needs
- Knowledge of evidence-based counseling approaches
- Strong time management and documentation skills
- Comfortable delivering services in a telehealth setting
