Overview JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Lead Faculty Associate (LFA) in MBA & Marketing supports the curricular excellence and delivery of courses ensuring alignment with University, accreditation, program, and state standards in support of CSU Global’s mission and programs. The LFA performs the following tasks including but not limited to teaching courses, aiding in the administration of the program, reviewing courses for consistency and quality, resolving curricular issues related to course content and student experience, and ensuring relevance of course materials to industry standards. The Lead Faculty Associate is expected to devote their time and effort to the University in proportion to their appointment. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - - Teaches assigned courses in the MBA/Marketing/Management programs with active course participation, timely responsiveness to students, substantive discussion engagement, and feedback that supports student learning and success. Teaching will generally represent at least 75 percent of the Lead Faculty Associate’s responsibility. In general, a Lead Faculty Associate will teach at least twice each trimester in high enrollment courses. The exact teaching schedule will be based on program needs and determined in consultation with the Program Manager. - Adheres to all CSU Global faculty expectations regarding engagement in the course through the discussion board and in comments and feedback to students on assessments. - Hosts or supports live class sessions, webinars, or student-facing academic sessions as required by the course, program, or Program Manager. - Supports the planning and coordinating of curricular changes and aiding the curriculum design process and ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met. - Supports maintaining key program documents and records such as program course list, curriculum map, and assessment documentations. - Supports in completing assessment review of the program/courses including such items as post course survey data and comments at the end of each term. - Supports in responding to curriculum tickets in a timely manner and ensuring issues are resolved and students and faculty have a positive course experience. - Ensures curriculum quality through a process of redevelopment finishing to provide final approvals of courses, ensuring an excellent student experience with every CSU Global course. - Completes a bi-annual program assessment to review program data, quality measures, and constituent feedback. - Identifies advisory group membe
