Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI by providing nuanced legal insights that support the development of intelligent systems.
Scope of Work

- Conduct detailed contract reviews, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.

- Perform comprehensive legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to inform project requirements.

- Draft, edit, and evaluate a variety of legal documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.

- Analyze regulatory compliance issues in multiple jurisdictions, offering guidance to align project content with legal standards.

- Develop high-quality written explanations and rationales for legal positions and decisions.

- Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal communication channels to clarify complex legal concepts.

- Provide feedback on legal data and contribute to iterative improvements of AI training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

- Active law license (bar admission) and at least 5 years of practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty.

- Proven expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.

- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen attention to legal nuance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex legal ideas clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences.

- Comfort navigating and interpreting laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.

- Experience working independently in a remote, project-focused environment.

- Familiarity with legal technology tools is a plus, though not required.
