We are urgently looking for a (Junior) Telesales Executive to generate, sell, negotiate, close, and secure new business opportunities for our growing organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Generate, sell, negotiate, close, and secure new business opportunities and achieve the monthly revenue target;

- Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities;

- Build firm relationships with prospective clients;

- Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good level of communication awareness at all times;

- Professionally represent Sri Lanka Jobs and adhere to agreed sales standards internally and externally;

- Maintain accurately and up to date completion of administrative tasks and duties as required and agreed by the company;

- Communicate accurate and pertinent information to relevant departments, teams, and clients as appropriate.

Profile

- +1 year of Telesales experience;

- Experience selling B2B or B2C;

- Good negotiation, listening, and closing skills;

- Able to build trust and rapport with customers;

- Enthusiasm, drive, and great good communication;

- Fluent in English and Sinhala;
