Junior Social Media Marketing Executive (WFH & Part Time)

About the job:
1. Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and Google Business Profile.

2. Plan and create monthly social media content calendars, including posts, carousels, Reels, Stories and short-form videos.

3. Design engaging social media creatives using Canva and Adobe Photoshop while maintaining brand consistency.

4. Create basic Reels, edit short-form videos and repurpose content for different social media platforms.

5. Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, post descriptions and basic video scripts using research and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

6. Research competitors, trending content formats, audience preferences and relevant social media trends.

7. Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms, ensuring timely execution of approved content calendars.

8. Coordinate content approvals, feedback and revisions with the internal team.

9. Monitor social media comments, messages and audience engagement, forwarding relevant enquiries when required.

10. Assist with social media profile optimisation, Google Business Profile updates and basic Instagram post boosting.

11. Track social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth and website clicks.

12. Prepare basic monthly performance reports and suggest content improvements based on analytics.
