Junior CRM & Marketing Automation Assistant (LATAM only)

This is a remote position.

Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We’re looking for a Junior CRM & Marketing Automation Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal role for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their skills in marketing automation and customer relationship management. Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and optimizing CRM workflows to support business operations, sales, and marketing.

- Support the setup and refinement of automated campaigns to nurture leads and boost engagement.

- Troubleshoot and research solutions when challenges arise—finding ways to make things work instead of waiting for answers.

- Collaborate with different teams to align workflows with business goals.

- Help manage integrations with third-party tools, especially through automation platforms like Zapier.

Requirements

- Basic experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Zoho, Monday, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Trello, Notion or similar).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.

- English (B2 level)

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, but motivated juniors are welcome.

- Familiarity with Google Suite and basic reporting/analytics.

- Bonus: knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, or AMPscrip.
