About the job:
HyGaar is a full-stack AI agency specializing in scalable, cost-effective creative e-commerce catalogue content solutions for businesses. The company offers automated pipelines to quickly generate image and video catalogues for e-commerce product display pages. Joining HyGaar means working at the intersection of design and AI-driven content creation for a wide range of clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and refine visual assets that support AI-generated image and video content and broader brand communication.

2. Design graphics for product videos, social media campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements. Develop logos and branding elements, selecting and applying typography, preparing layouts and templates.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, marketing, and engineering.

4. Review feedback, iterate on designs, and maintain organized design files for reuse and scaling.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for web, social media, and video.
- 2. Ability to develop Logo Design and Branding concepts that align with client and in-house brand strategies.
- 3. Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in motion and static designs.
- 4. Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar applications).
- 5. Understanding of designing for video, motion graphics, and overlays is highly beneficial.
- 6. Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- 7. Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; prior experience in agency or digital-first environments is a plus.
- 8. Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
