About the Role
We are making a strategic first hire to build and scale our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) division.
We are seeking a design-focused MEP Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who can lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage remote drafting teams, and ensure international-standard compliance.
This is a leadership role that will define the technical direction and quality standards of our MEP operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
-
Mechanical Engineer (HVAC-heavy projects preferred)

Electrical Engineer (power & industrial focus preferred)

Civil Engineer with strong MEP coordination experience (less common but acceptable)
Experience
- 7+ years in MEP design & coordination

Experience with US, UK, or Australian standards

Managed remote drafting or engineering teams
- Experience in MEP design-build projects
- Strong understanding of RFI management
- International code compliance experience
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP (BIM coordination)
- Clash detection using Navisworks
- 2D & 3D drawing review
- Construction site coordination knowledge
Bonus Qualifications
- PMP Certification

Experience working remotely with US-based engineering firms

Experience in Industrial MEP + Automation integration

We may initially build with:
- 1 Senior MEP Project Manager
