JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: REMOTE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Sales Support Representative plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, customer support, and operational tasks. This roleis responsible forsupporting the sales team, coordinating with third-party partners (such as installers, plumbers, and service providers), and handling administrative and logistical tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES SUPPORT
- Assistthe sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy andtimelydelivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
COORDINATION
- Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., installers, plumbers) to schedule services and ensuretimelycompletion of projects.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to support sales demands.
- Handle the preparation and processing of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and other operational documents.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales,logistics, and warehouse teams.
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
- Prepare and manage regular sales and operational reports for management review.
- Support the sales team in organizing client meetings, events, and product training.
- Perform other administrative duties and specialprojects asassigned.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams.
- Act as the liaison between sales, clients, and service partners to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles (experience in sales operations is a plus).
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, third-party partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiencyin CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Analysesales data and generate reports using HubSpot analytics
- Utilize CRM systems specifically HubSpot to automate follow-ups, track email engagements, andoptimizesales workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, handle high-pressuresituationsand meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Australian market related to above products
