What you’ll do

-
Build and configure a complete Jira environment from scratch.

-
Design workflows, permissions, screen schemes, timesheets, dashboards, and reporting.

-
Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Jira solutions.

-
Proactively challenge requirements and recommend better approaches when needed.

-
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide real-time guidance.

-
Mentor the client’s Scrum Master on Jira administration and Agile/Scrum best practices.

-
Provide clear progress updates and communicate directly with client stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience.

-
4+ years of professional Scrum experience.

-
Proven experience building or significantly redesigning Jira environments end to end.

-
Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, screen schemes, time tracking, and reporting.

-
Advanced English proficiency—C1 or higher.

-
Strong communication, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.

-
Ability to work independently and serve as a consultative expert, not only as an order taker.

-
Experience teaching or mentoring others on Jira and Scrum processes.

Nice to have

Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.

-
Experience with Confluence and Tempo Timesheets.

- Spanish proficiency.
