What You'll Do:

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.

- Track incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring inventory.

- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results against system records.

- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

- Ensure inventory data, product codes, quantities, and descriptions are accurately recorded.

- Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock, excess-stock, damaged, or obsolete items.

- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and other relevant teams regarding inventory requirements.

- Assist with inventory forecasting, replenishment, and stock movement reporting.

- Prepare regular inventory reports and provide updates on stock levels, discrepancies, and adjustments.

- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and maintain organized inventory records.

- Follow established inventory control procedures and company policies.

- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, tracking, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need:

- Previous experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations, or a related role is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience using inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management systems is an advantage.

- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to investigate discrepancies and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
