About Business and Project Analysts

Business and Project Analysts is an international consulting and technology company providing business consulting, CRM solutions, AI-driven systems and professional business services to businesses and professional organizations in the United States and United Kingdom.

We are expanding our international marketing and business development operations and are looking for four exceptional and ambitious Marketing graduates based in the Philippines to join our growing international team.

This is not simply another telemarketing position. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to develop long-term international careers in Marketing, Sales and Business Development, with the opportunity to progress into supervisory and senior management positions.

Your First 2–3 Months: Paid Part-Time Probation & Development

All four successful candidates must initially be available to work part-time, 3 days per week, for approximately 2–3 months.

This will be your paid probationary, training and assessment period and is an important part of our career-development process.

During this period you will receive:

• US$450 per month

The purpose of this period is two-way: we assess your performance, potential and suitability for long-term progression, while you have the opportunity to experience our company, products, international markets and working environment before progressing into a full-time career.

Candidates who successfully complete probation and demonstrate the required performance, attitude and potential may be offered progression into the full-time International Marketing & Business Development Executive position at US$750 per month plus applicable commissions and performance incentives.

The Opportunity

You will help us strategically market a growing portfolio of products and professional services to businesses in the United States and United Kingdom.

Our portfolio includes CRM and technology solutions, AI-enabled products, business consulting and other professional services. The existing position already covers B2B lead generation, telesales, decision-maker engagement, demonstrations and CRM management.

Your responsibilities will include strategically marketing our CRM and technology solutions; promoting our business consulting and professional services; researching target industries, companies and prospective customers; generating and qualifying B2B leads; conducting outbound telesales and telemarketing campaigns; and communicating professionally with business owners, managers and other decision-makers in the US and UK.

You will also book product demonstrations, consultations and business meetings; follow up with prospective clients; support digital and direct-marketing campaigns; manage prospects through our CRM; use AI and technology to improve marketing effectiveness; and work toward clearly defined marketing, lead-generation and sales targets.
