A growing U.S. and UK immigration law firm with a strong business immigration focus is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal / Foreign Qualified Lawyer based in the Philippines to support our international legal team.

This is a serious professional role for a highly capable legal professional with strong academic credentials, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support attorneys with a range of U.S. and UK immigration matters, including:

• Preparing immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation

• Drafting immigration forms, cover letters, and client correspondence

• Preparing and organising supporting evidence bundles

• Conducting legal research

• Reviewing client documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy

• Drafting client questionnaires, document requests, and case checklists

• Assisting attorneys with case preparation and matter progression

• Communicating professionally with clients by email and video call

• Supporting client intake, follow-up, and consultation scheduling where needed

Required Qualifications

Essential requirements:

• Law degree with First Class Honours (or equivalent top academic standing)

• Bar admitted / licensed lawyer in the Philippines.

• Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law

• Strong experience preparing U.S. immigration applications

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Professional and polished communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage deadlines independently

• Comfortable working remotely

• Reliable high-speed internet

• Quiet professional home working environment

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• E-2 Investor Visas

• O-1 Visas

• Employment-based U.S. immigration (L1, EB2 NIW and PERM)

• Family-based U.S. immigration

• USCIS petition preparation and filings

• U.S. consular processing

• DS-160 and DS-260 preparation

• UK immigration applications (advantageous but not essential)

• Legal client intake and consultation support

Compensation

USD $1,000 – $2,000 per month (Dependent on Experience)

(Approx. PHP 61,400 – PHP 122,900)
