This role includes developing design concepts, space plans, material palettes, custom furnishings, and high-quality visualizations that support the client’s brand, operational goals, and desired guest experience.

Responsibilities include preparing client presentations, developing finish and furniture specifications, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, responding to requests for information, conducting site observations, and supporting punch-list and installation activities.

This includes supporting their design development, technical execution, presentation skills, material research, and understanding of firm standards and hospitality best practices. The role contributes to design and technical standards, quality control, cross-disciplinary coordination, and the consistent delivery of brand-aligned guest experiences.

This position is ideal for a technically skilled and creatively driven interior designer who can balance memorable design with operational performance, values collaboration, and is ready to grow as an emerging hospitality design leader within the firm.
