Position Overview
Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Integrated Solutions Specialist to support our commercial technology and EMR optimization strategy. This role independently advances assigned initiatives, ensuring that customer workflows, implementation readiness, cross-functional dependencies, and follow-through remain on track.
The Integrated Solutions Specialist works across Commercial Technology Strategy, Field Sales, Medical, Account Operations, Customer Operations, technical teams, and customers. The role owns defined workstreams and makes day-to-day execution decisions within agreed scope, while escalating strategic, clinical, technical, contractual, or material scope decisions.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Operational Execution and Initiative Ownership

- Own the day-to-day operational execution of assigned EMR integration and optimization initiatives from planning through launch and follow-through.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, implementation requirements, readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions as a reliable source of truth.
- Drive resolution of operational barriers by connecting stakeholders, addressing routine issues, and escalating risks that could affect milestones or customer outcomes.
- Lead internal and customer working sessions to clarify requirements, assess readiness, resolve execution questions, and establish clear next steps for project recruitment efforts
- Assess downstream impacts and independently advance multiple initiatives, using judgment to prioritize work and recommend practical adjustments.
Cross-Functional and Customer Readiness

- Identify the stakeholders, inputs, and decisions required for successful implementation and optimization.
- Coordinate customer-readiness activities, including workflow documentation, communications, launch resources, training logistics, and follow-up.
- Develop sufficient knowledge of customer and EMR workflows to anticipate needs and address routine execution questions, engaging subject-matter experts when specialized decisions are required.
- Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders through responsive communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through.
Process Improvement and Scalable Operations

- Identify recurring execution issues and improve templates, handoffs, workflows, and operating routines.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to standardized playbooks, workflow maps, and onboarding materials.
- Use company systems and available data to monitor readiness, workflow performance, utilization, and improvement opportunities.
- Use approved automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative effort and improve information quality while maintaining required review and confidentiality.

- Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of related experience, master's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting or delivering cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, diagnostics, technology, implementation, operations, customer success, or a related environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently organize work, manage competing priorities, and drive assigned deliverables to completion.
