Influencer Marketing Executive - Execution And Client Servicing - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns on Instagram and YouTube - from brief to final report

2. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for brand clients: share updates, creator lists, content drafts and timelines

3. Shortlist creators as per brand brief, coordinate commercials, deliverables and timelines with creators/managers

4. Brief creators, review scripts and content drafts, and manage brand approvals and revisions

5. Track go-live of every deliverable and ensure campaigns are delivered on time

6. Collect live links and insights, and prepare campaign reports for clients

7. Maintain campaign trackers and the creator database on Google Sheets/Excel

8. Coordinate with the outreach team and support brand pitches and proposals when required

Salary and incentive:

1. Fixed salary: Rs 22,000 per month

2. Performance incentive: Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 per month based on campaign delivery and client performance

Other Requirements:
- 1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing campaign execution or client servicing (agency experience preferred)
- 2. Strong communication in English and Hindi; comfortable handling brand clients and creators on calls, email and WhatsApp
- 3. Organised and deadline-driven, with working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
- 4. Should own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
