About the role

We are looking for an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) with a background in Facilities Management or Facilities Services , who is passionate about developing others to deliver high-quality End Point Assessment (EPA) for the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative apprenticeship standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a facilities manager, or industry professional to use their expertise to support apprentices to successfully complete their qualifications.

As an End Point Assessor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring apprentices meet occupational standards, applying your professional judgement to assess competence and performance.
How you'll make an impact:

- Delivering End Point Assessments (EPA) in line with the Level 2 Facilities Services Operative standard

- Assess apprentices using a range of methods including observation, professional discussion, and review of evidence

- Provide clear, accurate and constructive feedback and grading decisions

- Use EPA platforms and systems to manage and record assessment activity

- Participate in standardisation and quality assurance activities

- Engage with training providers, employers and apprentices

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

- A recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or working towards

- Experience in Facilities management, Facilities Services, or related environments

- Knowledge of areas such as maintenance, front of house / reception services, portering and logistics, post room operations

- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports

- The flexibility to travel for face-to-face assessments when required

- Excellent IT skills using platform such as Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
