An internet that treats humans like real people instead of “web traffic.” We also believe in empowering brands to treat their customers as individuals, satisfying their unique needs with tailored experiences and thoughtful communication. By expertly personalizing, automating, and scaling beautiful one-to-one experiences, Wunderkind helps brands acquire new customers at scale and keep them loyal for life.
About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized Implementation Lead to own how technology changes land across the business. You'll lead cross-functional projects involving multiple teams, partnering with system administrators, implementation partners, and business owners to scope requirements and deliver successful implementations.

This is a delivery ownership role, not a platform administration role. Our administrators own configuration and build; you own the project — what gets built, in what order, by when, and whether it gets successfully adopted.

Salesforce is the center of gravity, with Atlassian a close second, alongside other business systems and internally built applications. You don't need to be an administrator, but you need enough technical understanding to effectively lead the work.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Ownership

- Lead implementations, enhancements, and migrations from intake through go-live and stabilization.

- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, timelines, and overall delivery.

- Lead projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, creating accountability without direct reporting authority.

- Coordinate work across system administrators and implementation partners, keeping teams unblocked and managing changing requirements.

- Run project cadence, communicate status, identify risks early, and proactively re-plan when timelines are threatened.

- Coordinate UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and go/no-go decisions.

Requirements & Solution Scoping

- Lead discovery with business owners to understand the underlying business need.

- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Partner with administrators to evaluate solutions and bring clear recommendations back to the business.

- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and turn ambiguous requests into actionable requirements.

- Identify scope changes early and manage their impact on timelines and priorities.

Process & Adoption

- Own training, documentation, hypercare, and handoff to ongoing support.

- Build repeatable intake processes, project standards, and templates that improve future implementations.

Qualifications

-
2–4 years of implementation leadership for enterprise applications as an accountable project lead or senior analyst.

- Experience taking at least two implementations or major releases through requirements, UAT, go-live, and stabilization, including Salesforce.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams without direct authority.

- Strong requirements experience, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and requirements documentation.

- Experience partnering with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Enough technical ground
