Start in customer support. Build Medicare expertise. Grow into the role that best matches your strengths.

Interested in a Medicare career but do not yet have a health insurance license? This fully remote, full-time opportunity offers two potential career paths with Innovative Financial Group (IFG), a wholly owned Field Marketing Organization and subsidiary of Humana . IFG helps customers navigate Medicare coverage across multiple insurance carriers through education, customer support, and sales. You will begin with approved non-licensed customer support while learning healthcare, Medicare, and the IFG business. After the 2026 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), eligible associates will participate in company-supported licensing and training. Based on business needs, qualifications, performance, and role fit, selected associates may transition in early 2027 into either a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent role or a Licensed Customer Success Agent role.
