POSITION SUMMARY:

- Support and maintain IAM platforms including Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure and reliable access management.

- Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, and identity integrations using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and automated provisioning workflows.

- Assist with user lifecycle management, access controls, group administration, and identity governance processes. Build, maintain, and optimize IAM automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents, configuration issues, and authentication problems while escalating complex cases as needed.

- Maintain technical documentation, support testing and change management activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of IAM services and security practices.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 1–3 years of experience in IAM, IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity, with exposure to identity and access management solutions.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

- Hands-on experience with Okta, Active Directory, and/or Microsoft Entra ID, including user provisioning, MFA, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.

- Familiarity with SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC), ServiceNow, and workflow automation or scripting; PowerShell experience is a plus.

- Strong problem solving skills with a proactive, execution-focused mindset

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
