Founded in 1996, Argos Multilingual is a global provider of technology-enabled language, AI and data solutions. We combine human expertise, technology and AI to help organisations communicate, operate and grow across markets.

We work with some of the world’s most recognised companies, from global technology leaders and e-commerce innovators to major organisations in life sciences and manufacturing.

About the role

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR experience across our global organisation. Our People team is a respected and valued strategic partner to the business. Our role is to enable performance across the organisation and create an environment where our people can thrive.

This is an individual contributor role with significant autonomy. You'll deliver day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, provide trusted advice to managers and employees, support recruitment and bring your experience and judgement to more complex people
matters.

Our workforce currently spans 42 countries, so you'll be comfortable navigating different employment environments, cultures and ways of working. You'll help us deliver effective HR across a complex global organisation, while bringing your experience and judgement to how we evolve the function.

You'll be joining at a time when Argos is continuing to grow and evolve. As we expand our data business and embrace new opportunities through AI, we're also evolving our People function to ensure our HR approach keeps pace with the needs of the business.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can operate with autonomy and make an immediate contribution. You'll bring demonstrable experience at this level, sound judgement and the confidence to handle complex people matters independently. We value people who are curious, challenge the status quo and want to improve how HR is delivered. You'll have the opportunity to use your experience to make a visible impact and help shape how the People function evolves.

You'll report directly to the Senior Vice President (Head of HR), becoming the sixth member of our People team.
