The DCX Client Services Home-Based Category Merchant Coordinator will assist clients in delivering excellent service to their partner brands by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by receiving queries, resolving issues, understanding customer goals, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You will also have a unique opportunity to act as a valuable team member for a partner, contribute to the success of their organization, and grow your skillsets as a Customer Service Representative.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsible for assisting the Merchant team with administrative tasks related to suppliers and product details.

-
Support Merchants on RFP Market Basket item sourcing & pricing using Excel spreadsheets & provided information/product specs.

Support Merchants by providing follow-up information on product pricing, images, and access details.

-
Coordinate and manage supplier webinars throughout the year. Send invitations to the Merchant team. Upload supplier webinar details to SharePoint.

Responsible for product sourcing for suppliers discontinued items throughout the year and any Merchant needs.

-
Help source & collect product details for powerpoint presentation decks.

-
Own, or coordinate with shared services teams, assignments and follow through of tasks.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

-
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. College Education preferred in English, marketing, communications, or related field.

-
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

-
Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency level. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented.

-
Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

- Technical Skills:

-
Proficient in Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.

-
Knowledge of basic HTML and ShopStar is a plus.

-
Preferred experience using Jira, SharePoint, and Teams.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis in Illustrator, Photoshop.

- ShopStar experience is a plus.
