At OnTheGoSystems (creators of WPML and PTC ), content is a key driver of how hundreds of thousands of people discover, understand, and choose our translation and localization products.

AI is already a core part of how we work. We use it to move faster, automate work, research, analyze, build, and improve our products and processes.

We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who works the same way. We’re looking for someone who uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us the results.

You won’t be joining to follow a fixed marketing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas and help shape how marketing works at OTGS, reaching hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Find marketing and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
- Work hands-on across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, conversion, and other areas where you can make an impact.
- Use AI agents and automation as a core part of your everyday work.
- Build and improve workflows that help us achieve more with AI.
- Use data and business results to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what we should improve.
- Work directly with product, development, and support teams to understand our products, customers, and opportunities.
- Take ownership from identifying an opportunity through execution, measurement, and improvement.
