About Scento

Scento is Europe's largest perfume decant website. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Paris on Place Vendôme, with a second office in Berlin, Scento offers more than 1,000 original designer and niche perfumes from a roster of 200 houses as perfume decants: 2 ml, 5 ml and 8 ml vials plus a 30 ml bottle on most perfumes. Niche perfume samples and designer fragrance samples let people discover a scent before they commit to a full bottle. Every perfume is an original bought from authorised European retailers, and every bottle passes a 12-point intake check at Scento's ISO-certified facility before it is decanted.

Scento serves customers in 27 European markets and ships to 26 EU countries. In 2026, Scento's annual revenue is more than €30 million, online and offline sales combined. On , monthly decant sales in September 2026 were 3.2 times those of January 2026. Scento says it sells more than 3 million perfume decants a year, about one every 10 seconds. In November 2025, Scento announced it would invest €25 million over three years in European perfume discovery.
The role

Scento brings more than 1,000 original designer and niche perfumes from a roster of 200 houses to customers across Europe, and the brand has to feel as considered as the fragrances it carries. Today it has to do two jobs at once: look like a luxury house and perform like a growth business.

As Head of Brand & Creative you own how Scento looks, sounds and feels, from the storefront and packaging to social, paid creative, emails and our Paris presence on Place Vendôme. Success means a recognisable brand, a creative engine that ships strong work every week in several languages, and campaigns, from seasonal launches to the perfume advent calendar, that people remember and buy from.
What you'll do

Own the Scento brand across the storefront, packaging, social, paid creative, emails and the Paris presence on Place Vendôme.

Lead creative direction for campaigns: seasonal launches, the perfume advent calendar, gifting and new houses.

Build and run a high-output creative engine for paid social and organic content in several languages.

Keep a luxury, editorial standard while testing fast alongside performance marketing.

Brief and direct photographers, designers, motion designers and creators.

Own the brand guidelines and keep every market consistent with them.

What you'll bring

8+ years in brand or creative direction, ideally in luxury, beauty, fragrance or premium e-commerce.

A portfolio that shows both brand craft and performance creative that sells.

-
Experience leading designers and agencies across several markets.

Fluent English; French is a strong plus.

Salary and how to apply

Salary: €120,000 – €155,000 gross per year, full-time, permanent contract, plus an annual performance bonus.

Location: Paris or Berlin, or remote from anywhere in the EU.
