FS Studio builds cutting-edge solutions across robotics, simulation, synthetic data, and emerging tech. We are looking for a sharp, proactive Growth & Marketing Analyst to help us turn deep technical expertise into a high-performing inbound engine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build Inbound & Demand Systems: Design conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers (audits, assessments, technical pilots) that drive qualified B2B conversations.

- Content & Campaigns: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling LinkedIn content, case studies, landing page copy, and visual assets.

- Leverage Modern AI Workflows: Use agentic AI tools and automation to multiply research, copywriting, and content production output.

- Hands-on Building: Directly ship and iterate assets using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads.

- Track & Optimize Pipeline: Monitor core KPIs and partner with leadership to optimize for real qualified leads and revenue, not just vanity metrics.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or inbound demand generation (B2B, tech, SaaS, or agency experience is a big plus).

- Strong hands-on mindset: comfortable writing sharp copy, tweaking landing pages, and setting up digital campaigns independently.

- Practical, daily experience integrating modern AI tools & workflows to speed up execution.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- High autonomy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
