Graphic Designer (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

- Create social media creatives, carousels, stories, campaign creatives, ads and other digital assets for multiple brands.

- Understand each client's brand identity, audience, positioning and communication style before designing.

- Research the brand, competitors, industry and current visual trends instead of simply designing from the brief.

- Bring original ideas and visual concepts to the table and proactively suggest better ways to communicate an idea.

- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives while ensuring the content doesn't become repetitive.

- Work closely with Social Media Strategists, Video Editors and the Creative/Brand -Lead to translate content strategies into strong visual communication.

- Be able to take a rough idea or reference and develop it into a finished creative independently.

- Handle multiple brands and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

- Take feedback positively, make revisions efficiently and understand the reasoning behind feedback.

- Keep up with design trends, formats, typography, visual styles and platform-specific creative trends.

- Maintain an organised design workflow, including proper file naming, folders and editable/source files.

- Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timelines without repeated follow-ups.
