About the job:
Key Responsibilities

1) Design high-converting static creatives for Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

2) Develop ad creatives, promotional banners, offer-based graphics, carousels, and campaign visuals based on creative briefs.

3) Adapt designs to different formats, placements, and platform requirements.

4) Understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across client accounts.

5) Collaborate with performance marketers to develop creative concepts, hooks, and visual directions for advertising campaigns.

6) Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing, including different headlines, layouts, offers, and visual approaches.

7) Incorporate client feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.

8) Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

9) Stay updated with current design trends, advertising formats, and creative strategies used by leading brands.
