Graduate Sales Development Representative

Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Cynet , you are the front line of our channel growth strategy. You will open doors, shape first impressions, and set the foundation for long term partner relationships.

What will you do

- Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across EMEA

- Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn

- Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit

- Schedule high quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers

- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting

- Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets

Requirements

- Experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles is preferred

- High comfort with cold outreach and objection handling

- Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

- Fluent German skills

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is 50,000-60,000 €. The actual compensation will depend on several factors, including level of seniority and relevant experience.
