We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and proactive GoHighLevel & Automation Specialist to join our team.

Our goal is to find someone who can grow into a long-term, full-time role and become a valuable member of our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and troubleshoot workflows and automations in GoHighLevel.

- Set up and maintain funnels, forms, calendars, email /SMS campaigns, and integrations.

- Support automated webinars and evergreen campaigns using EasyWebinar.

- Collaborate with our funnel designer to ensure pages, workflows, and systems function properly.

- Maintain, organize, and improve existing CRM systems and customer journeys.

- Test automations, funnels, and integrations to ensure everything works correctly before campaigns go live.

- Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend improvements.

- Work collaboratively with our marketing, sales, and operations teams.

- Manage assigned tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines using ClickUp.

### Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

- Experience building and troubleshooting CRM workflows and automations.

- Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

- Reliable availability during the required U.S. Eastern Time schedule.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

### Preferred Skills (Not Required)

- Experience with EasyWebinar, particularly automated and evergreen webinars.

- Experience using ClickUp for task management and team collaboration.

- Experience with Zapier, webhooks, APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Experience building or designing landing pages and funnels.

- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing automation.

**Please Note:** We already have creative designers on our team. While design skills are a plus, our priority is finding someone with strong technical expertise who can build, connect, maintain, and troubleshoot our systems.

Schedule & Growth Opportunity

This position will begin at **20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time**, during an initial paid training and evaluation period.

**Our intention is to transition the right candidate into a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.**

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company, demonstrate their value, and become a long-term member of our team.

Additional paid hours may be available during launches, campaigns, and special projects when additional technical support is needed.

Full-time opportunities will be based on performance, reliability, technical capabilities, and business needs.
