We are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) AI Automation Expert who understands AI systems, AI Studio, automations, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, CRM systems, integrations, and advanced workflow building.

This is NOT a beginner role.

We need someone who:

- Keeps up with the newest GHL features

- Understands AI and automation logic

- Can build complete systems for businesses

- Understands how to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude

- Can build AI demos and real business automations inside GoHighLevel

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. AI Studio & AI Demo Building

- Build AI demos using the new GoHighLevel AI Studio

- Create smart AI workflows for businesses

- Understand how AI systems work inside GHL

- Build demo systems for lead generation, booking, follow-ups, customer service, and automation

- Stay updated with the newest AI Studio and GHL updates

2. Advanced Automation Building

- Build advanced workflows and automations for businesses

- Create automated lead follow-up systems

- Build appointment reminder systems

- Create missed-call text back systems

- Build review request automations

- Create pipeline automations and CRM workflows

- Understand triggers, conditions, if/else logic, tagging, opportunities, and automation structure

3. AI Chatbots & AI Voice Agents

- Build and configure AI chatbots

- Build AI voice agents

- Understand conversational AI logic

- Create AI systems for lead qualification and customer communication

- Improve AI responses and customer interactions

4. AI Prompting & AI Tools

Must understand how to use AI tools like:

- ChatGPT

- Claude

- OpenAI tools

- Other AI platforms

Must understand:

- Prompt engineering

- AI prompting logic

- How to get better outputs from AI tools

- How to use AI to speed up workflows and system building

5. GoHighLevel System Knowledge

You should understand MOST major GoHighLevel features including:

- Pipelines

- Workflows

- Funnels

- Websites

- Calendars

- Forms & surveys

- SaaS mode

- Opportunities

- Email & SMS systems

- Reputation/review systems

- Social media planner

- AI tools inside GHL

- Google My Business integrations

- Stripe integrations

- Domain/email setup

- Snapshots

- Contacts & CRM management
