Appointment Setter / Lead Qualifier (Immediate Start | | Long-Term Opportunity)

We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter / Lead Qualifier to join our growing AI Website & Automation Agency.

Your primary responsibility will be contacting warm leads through phone calls, text messages, and email to qualify prospects and book appointments onto our calendar.

You will be provided with lead lists and CRM access. Your job is to communicate professionally, answer basic objections/questions, follow up consistently, and schedule qualified appointments for our team.

This role can be either part-time or full-time depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Call warm leads daily from provided lead lists

• Follow up through phone calls, SMS, and email

• Qualify leads and build rapport professionally

• Handle basic objections confidently

• Schedule appointments directly onto our calendar

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and updates

• Consistently hit daily appointment-setting goals

• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking skills REQUIRED

• Prior appointment setting / lead qualification experience REQUIRED

• Prior experience working for an AI agency, AI automation agency, website agency, SaaS company, or marketing agency REQUIRED

• Comfortable making calls daily

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

• Experience with CRMs is a plus

Performance Expectations:

• Expected to book at least 3–5 qualified appointments per day

• Consistent daily follow-up with leads

• Fast response times and professionalism

Compensation:

• Base hourly/monthly pay depending on experience

• Additional commission for closed deals/sales
