Go to Market Project Lead
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Go to Market Project Lead based in Canada.
The Go to Market Project Lead coordinates the planning and execution of product, feature, content, and commercial launches. You will turn go-to-market strategies into clear project plans, aligning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholders across functions. The role works closely with product, marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure launch readiness and consistent execution. You will also contribute to internal communications, enablement, reporting, and the tools and processes that support successful launches. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where strong organization and communication directly contribute to commercial outcomes. The position is home-based in Canada with flexible working arrangements.
Accountabilities

Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market plans for product, feature, content, and commercial launches, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities.

Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable project plans, maintaining timelines, action logs, status updates, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to align owners, deliverables, priorities, and decision points.

Coordinate launch communications, updates, presentations, and supporting materials for internal teams and customers.

Support sales and customer support enablement by coordinating training materials, presentations, and resources through enablement platforms.

Maintain internal content, tools, pages, and resources to ensure information remains accurate, current, accessible, and easy to use.

Help improve go-to-market processes, documentation, tools, and adoption to promote consistent execution across teams.

Build and deploy marketing automation assets, including landing pages and email campaigns, when required for project delivery.

Support budget and cost tracking for assigned initiatives, identifying variances and escalating issues when appropriate.

Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through responsive, professional, and customer-focused communication.
Requirements

Experience in marketing, go-to-market delivery, product marketing, sales enablement, project coordination, or a related commercial function.

Strong project management capabilities, including experience coordinating multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communications for sales, marketing, product, customer support, leadership, and other audiences.

Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and coordinate contributors who may not report directly to you.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, validate, and interpret routine data and translate findings into clear next steps.

Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, content management, collaboration, or sales enablement platforms; experience with Pardot and Seismic is an advantage.

Understanding of customer and market needs, with the ability to connect project activities and deliverables to broader commercial objectives.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a team.

Strong adaptability and communication skills in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment.

Bilingual English/French Canadian communication skills are considered an asset.
