This position reports to:
Product Line Manager – Advisory Services __
In this role, you will be developing and supporting the successful implementation of the advisory services strategy in the US aligned with global priorities to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets. To meet customer demands for advisory services in the US, you will also localize the global advisory services offering and plan, monitor, and develop a local offering portfolio and ensure successful project execution. Each day, you will drive excellence in the advisory service teams by promoting continuous development of people and processes, and by championing ABB core values and principles.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow the U.S. Advisory Services portfolio (Arc Flash Risk Assessments, Infrared Inspections, LOTO), leading portfolio strategy, customer value analysis, performance management, and alignment with global advisory services objectives.

Drive market, customer, competitive, technology, and regulatory analysis to identify growth opportunities, evaluate new service offerings, develop value propositions, and support investment and partnership decisions.

Develop and execute U.S. business and go-to-market plans, including business model development, pricing strategy, sales enablement, strategic business development initiatives, and portfolio expansion.

Partner closely with sales, operations, and global stakeholders to support operational execution, achieve revenue and margin objectives, and build long-term relationships with key customers and executive-level decision makers.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in global functions including marketing, sales, account management and product management.

Experience in service operations and field service within the power distribution and energy sector.

Strong understanding of customer needs, electrical products, applications, and service solutions.

Proven ability to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions and drive service growth.

Experience managing complex customer projects, partnerships, and M&A-related initiatives.

Global mindset with strong intercultural communication and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in English and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
