General Ledger with Spanish

General Ledger activities:

- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, provisions, and adjustments;

- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding items;

- Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within agreed timelines;

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are accurate, complete, and properly supported;

- Support fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and depreciation, as required;

- Prepare financial reports and explain significant account movements and variances;

- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, and local finance teams to resolve accounting issues;

- Provide documentation and explanations for internal and external audits;

- Follow internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable reporting requirements;

- Maintain process documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer, process improvements, and backup coverage;

- Monitor assigned activities against agreed service levels and escalate issues promptly.

 Accounting knowledge: Experience in General Ledger (RTR) minimum 2 years;

 Fluency in Spanish language (minimum B2 level) and good command of English is a must;

 High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;

 Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

 Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers;
 Good team player;

 Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets;
 Ability to pick up new tasks quickly;

 MS Office and SAP(ERP) preferred experience.
