About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administration Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to manage priorities in a constantly evolving workload, as well as proficiency in Excel formulas and financial applications. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to work cross-functionally with various service providers and clients in the ETF ecosystem.

What you'll do

- Assist in the preparation and review of ETF regulatory filings and fund reports.

- Maintain and reconcile fund data.

- Support interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and other internal and third parties.

- Utilize Excel and other financial tools to analyze fund data efficiently.

- Monitor ETF operational workflows and ensure compliance with SEC regulations.

- Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to address inquiries and operational tasks and challenges.

- Continuously re-prioritize tasks based on evolving deadlines and client needs.

- Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements for fund administration related workflows.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively.

- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power BI and data analysis.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management levels.

- Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is a plus.

- Familiarity with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is beneficial but not required.
