Are you passionate about expanding access to higher education and preparing the next generation of educators in social workers? The School of Health & Behavioral Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Global invites applications for a dynamic, mission-driven faculty member to join our fully remote academic community beginning October 2026. This full-time appointment is expected at the Assistant Professor level, with the possibility of appointment at the Associate Professor rank commensurate with experience.

General Responsibilities for this position:
In alignment with the University of Massachusetts Global Faculty Manual and the expectations of the School of Health & Behavioral Sciences, the faculty member will engage in curriculum development, service, mentoring, teaching, and other professional contributions that support the mission of the University. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, maintain, assess, and teach online courses within the Social Work programs, ensuring alignment with program outcomes and accreditation standards
- Mentor and support students, adjunct faculty, staff, and other program stakeholders to promote student success and program quality
- Participate in service to the discipline, profession, and institution, including committee work and community engagement, both internally and externally
- Demonstrate professional
