Full Stack Software Developer

This is a remote position. Senior Full Stack Developer: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end feature development for an AI-powered platform. This role is highly autonomous and requires a strong backend foundation combined with solid frontend skills. You will be responsible for owning features from ideation to production, ensuring scalability, performance, and high-quality system design. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full lifecycle of features: idea → design → development → deployment - Design technical solutions and create feature mockups prior to implementation - Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Flask or async frameworks like Quart) - Build modern, responsive frontend components using React - Integrate external systems through APIs and ensure reliable data exchange - Implement caching and performance optimization strategies using Redis - Ensure system scalability, performance, and clean architecture - Participate in production deployments and release processes - Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively with stakeholders Requisitos Technical Requirements: - Strong experience in Python backend development - Experience with async frameworks (Quart preferred; Flask acceptable) - Solid experience building applications with React - Experience working with MySQL and Redis - Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable) - Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JWT authentication - Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines - Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance development efficiency - Soft Skills & Work Style - Highly independent and proactive - Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities - Comfortable working directly with founders or leadership teams - Startup mindset with high ownership and accountability - Clear and effective communicator Originally posted on Himalayas
