ob Description
We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Developer to join a technology company operating in the Digital Identity and Credential Verification space. The organization develops secure solutions leveraging verifiable credentials, identity standards, PKI infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures.
This role is approximately 80% backend/infrastructure and 20% frontend , with a strong focus on backend engineering, infrastructure, security, and technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will design and maintain scalable microservices, build backend services using Java, Kotlin, and Node.js , contribute to React applications, and participate in architectural decisions involving application design, infrastructure, networking, and security.
The role will also collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams , lead technical discussions, design REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger, work with Docker and Kubernetes, and contribute to secure authentication, authorization, and identity-management solutions.

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java .
- Experience with at least one: Quarkus, Micronaut, Vert.x, or Spring Boot .
- Experience with Kotlin, Node.js, and React .
- Strong experience with microservices architectures .
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger .
- Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, SSL/TLS, and VPC concepts .
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux .
- Cloud experience — Azure preferred; AWS or GCP accepted .
- Strong English communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Experience making architectural and design decisions independently .
- Highly preferred: experience with FinTech, Banking, Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, IAM, PKI, X.509 certificates, OAuth, authentication/authorization, or credential verification .
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
