Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js)

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday About the Role We are looking for a highly execution-focused Full Stack Developer who can build and ship scalable web applications in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate should be strong in both frontend and backend development, comfortable with AI-assisted coding workflows, and capable of taking ownership of features from idea to deployment. This role is best suited for developers who enjoy building products, solving real-world problems, and working in a remote-first, high-accountability culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js

- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js

- Integrate databases, authentication systems, and third-party APIs

- Work with Supabase/Postgres for data modeling and management

- Implement Stripe payment flows and webhook integrations

- Improve performance and scalability using Redis and caching strategies

- Deploy and maintain applications on Vercel/cloud platforms

- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for critical application workflows, APIs, and end-to-end scenarios where required.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams

- Use AI coding tools to improve development speed and efficiency

- Participate in debugging, optimization, code reviews, and architecture discussions

- Take ownership of features from planning to production release

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js

- Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs

- Experience in designing and developing AI agents using modern LLM SDKs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vercel AI SDK, including orchestration of tool-calling, prompt workflows, and multi-step reasoning systems.

- Experience with test automation, including UI, API, regression, or end-to-end testing will have an edge.

- Knowledge of SQL/Postgres databases

- Experience with GitHub workflows and version control

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently in remote environments

- Good communication and ownership mindset

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with test automation, including UI, API, regression, or end-to-end testing.

- Experience with Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Redis

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.

- Startup or product company experience

- Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows

- Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot

- Experience shipping SaaS applications

- Understanding of scalable architecture and deployment practices
