Role Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building enterprise applications and integrations, with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies .
The ideal candidate should have strong backend development experience using Python, .NET/C# or similar technologies , along with experience building REST APIs, integrating enterprise systems and working with modern data platforms. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, AI/LLM applications and RAG-based solutions will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Python, .NET/C# or similar backend technologies .
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise applications .
- Build integrations between applications, databases, APIs and Microsoft/Azure services.
- Develop data solutions using Microsoft Fabric , including Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Warehouse and Data Pipelines.
- Work with SQL databases and modern data architectures.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for application and analytics use cases.
- Integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Develop or support RAG-based applications using enterprise data sources.
- Work with Azure services for application hosting, integration, storage and data processing.
- Collaborate with product, data, AI and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, API, integration and data-pipeline issues.
- Follow software engineering best practices including Git, code reviews, testing and CI/CD.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Full Stack / Backend Development experience
- Strong development experience in Python, .NET/C# or similar backend technology
- REST API design, development and integration
- SQL and relational database experience
- Enterprise application and system integration
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
- Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines
- OneLake / Lakehouse / Data Warehouse concepts
- Azure cloud services
- Git and CI/CD
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
AI & Data Experience
Candidates should have exposure to one or more of the following:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications
- LLM/API integration
- Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms
- Vector databases / embeddings
- Python-based AI application development
- Microsoft Fabric data engineering
- PySpark and Fabric Notebooks
Front-End Experience
Working knowledge of a modern front-end framework such as:
- React
- Angular
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML/CSS
The role is backend and integration heavy , so deep front-end specialization is not mandatory.

- Power BI and Fabric Semantic Models
- Direct Lake
- Azure Functions / App Service
- Azure DevOps
- Azure Data Factory or Synapse
- Docker/containerization
- Microsoft Fabric or Azure certifications
- Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a Full Stack Developer who can bridge application development, data engineering and AI integration .
We are specifically looking for someone who can build enterprise applications and APIs while also working comfortably with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services and AI/LLM integrations . Pure front-end developers or candidates whose Fabric experience is limited to certification/theoretical knowledge would not be the right fit.
