Our goal is to double our impact each year for the coming years. Wayfinder joined the Lemnis Collective as a nonprofit division in 2026. As a public charity, Lemnis is dedicated to the concept of the unlimited learner. Their mission is to create more accessible, flexible, learner-centered systems that help young people navigate the challenges and opportunities of the future. Wayfinder and Lemnis share that vision, especially when it comes to supporting learners in underserved communities and the institutions that serve them.

Wayfinder is the third organization to join the Lemnis Collective. The Collective brings mission-aligned organizations (both for-profit assets and nonprofits with earned revenue) under the Lemnis umbrella through mergers and acquisitions. Lemnis provides long-term, mission-driven investment, stability, freedom from the pressure of constant fundraising, and operational and strategic support, so organizations like Wayfinder can stay focused on our mission, impact, growth, and innovation.

Product : We develop our learning tools using human-centered design principles. We work with grade-level experts to ensure our curriculum is developmentally appropriate and engaging at all levels. Every Wayfinder lesson is supported by relevant research, prototyped in classrooms, and vetted by teachers over rounds of feedback and iteration. We use Universal Design for Learning principles to give every student an equal opportunity to succeed.

Team : Our team is composed of people from all different backgrounds and walks of life. We intentionally recruit, hire, and work with people of all identities + experiences. We focus on belonging : being connected, accepted, and valued by the people around us.

School Partners : We intentionally target a wide array of educational partners, from traditional to non-traditional, that work with a range of students from different socioeconomic groups. We’ve taught our curriculum in high-need schools in the Bronx, independent schools in Silicon Valley, and after-school programs in San Antonio.

The Role

Wayfinder is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This person will be responsible for leading the planning, forecasting, and analysis functions that support strategic decision-making across the business. This role plays a critical part in translating financial data into actionable insights to drive performance and growth.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end financial analysis and forecasting in the startup space, working cross-functionally, and has the ability to translate financial findings to both internal and external stakeholders. This person is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and advanced in their technical and financial skills. Experience in the tech space, and with SaaS based subscription models preferred.
