What You'll Do:

- Response all finance calls in professional manner and guide them accordingly.

- Prepare and process of daily Customers Transactions Refund Requests in Company Data Portal and Acquirers Portal.

- Work with various data file, sort out with intermediate level excel skills

- Update Clients data base. i.e. - Bank account change, contact details update.

- Assisting AP & AR with day to day data entry support.

- Response Clients query over the phone and pass to relevant department.

- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting related journals in finance system.

- Respond in an efficient and courteous manner to all queries from both internal and external customers

What You'll Need:
- Proficient and fluent spoken English, as the role will involve handling finance-related calls and raising tickets based on the queries received.
