This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager based in the United States.

This is a high-impact field marketing role focused on developing and executing integrated marketing programs across the US.
You’ll help drive demand generation, customer engagement, events, webinars, communications, and digital marketing initiatives for one or more products.
The role offers broad cross-functional exposure, working closely with sales, product marketing, creative, content, marketing operations, customer success, and other teams.
You’ll take ownership of marketing programs from planning and execution through measurement, optimization, and reporting.
The position is ideal for a resourceful, results-oriented marketer who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
You’ll also contribute to strategic events, customer conferences, outreach campaigns, database engagement, and ongoing pipeline-building activities. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans for one or two products, including customer and prospect communications, webinars, events, and customer conference initiatives.

- Lead and support a diverse portfolio of marketing programs across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns are coordinated effectively and aligned with broader business objectives.

- Collaborate with product marketing, creative services, sales, strategy, marketing operations, content, product, customer success, public relations, and digital teams to deliver integrated programs.

- Manage the planning, logistics, execution, and measurement of webinars, customer meetings, industry events, and other marketing activities.

- Coordinate event programs end to end, including logistics, contract negotiations, internal and external communications, speaker management, event applications, and post-event reporting.

- Build and maintain accurate marketing and sales contact databases while supporting nurture initiatives designed to strengthen engagement with prospects and customers.

- Support and optimize outbound and digital outreach programs across channels such as email and LinkedIn to increase customer and prospect engagement.

- Own weekly and monthly reporting on marketing programs, campaign performance, event results, and key metrics while contributing to budget planning and management.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing or marketing within a high-growth SaaS environment.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling demand-generation content across channels.

- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across diverse functional teams.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.

- Self-directed and comfortable working against aggressive timelines while maintaining high standards of execution.

- Practical experience developing marketing communications for channels such as email and LinkedIn.

- Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo.

- Growth-minded, collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to working within a fast-paced team environment.

- Experience within a high-growth software or technology company is considered a plus.

- Base salary range of $75,000–$150,000 , depending on experience, location, qualifications, and expected contributions.
