The Exhibitor Sales Manager, UK & Ireland, is a highly motivated, self-starting, consultative sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with cinema and entertainment operators across the UK and Ireland. The role is central to bringing Fandango's entertainment brands, INDY, Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes, together into a holistic, data-driven solution for exhibitors.

Working closely with implementation, customer success, and product teams, the focus of this role will be to identify, develop, and close opportunities while serving as a brand ambassador for Fandango within the UK and Ireland exhibition community.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales

- Drive our cinema operation solutions to grow market share

- Contribute to delivery of the regional acquisition strategy, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.

- Apply a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and pain points, translating these into compelling, persuasive product demonstrations.

- Build advanced product and competitor knowledge to position Fandango as the preferred technology partner through a structured, end-to-end sales process.

- Leverage CRM data, insights, and tools to prioritize opportunities and optimize sales strategy.

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating accountability, resilience, and a high-performance mindset.

- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, including accurate Salesforce updates, territory planning, forecasting, and reporting.

- Act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring commitments are met and enabling a smooth transition to account management for long-term retention.

Market and Industry Knowledge

- Develop and maintain a strong industry network, engaging decision-makers through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and existing relationships.

- Represent the business as a brand ambassador at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to build pipeline and brand presence.

- Collaborate and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders including implementation, customer success, and product teams to provide customer and market feedback that supports product development and go-to-market initiatives.

- Build a strong understanding of cinema operations, ticketing systems, customer engagement technologies, and industry trends.

- Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy.

Location: Remote, mainland UK (with significant travel across UK, Ireland, and beyond).

It is essential that candidates have/ can demonstrate;

- 5+ years' experience selling SaaS solutions. OR 5+ years operational SaaS experience along with previous B2B sales experience.

- Strong technical aptitude with confidence in using web-based and cloud-based applications.

- Proven ability to execute a structured, end-to-end sales process with excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.

- Ability to build credibility and relationships with senior decision-makers.

- Experience using Salesforce or a similar platform.

- Skilled in analyzing, collating, and presenting data to support proposals for prospective clients.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and a positive contributor to team culture.

- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
