Location: Remote
Position Summary:

We are looking for an Enablement professional to join our enablement team, supporting the growth of our sales teams and CS teams.
This role will be instrumental in developing and supporting onboarding and enablement program delivery, including sales trainings on product lines and sales collateral creation, such as decks, datasheets, RFPs, and content management. You will contribute to content creation and management as well as onboarding and enablement program design and delivery. Strong familiarity with aspects of healthcare revenue cycle management–prior authorization, coding, billing, A/R recovery–is essential as much of the work involves representing our capabilities to healthcare revenue cycle leaders.

TLDR: We're looking for an enabler with a background in Healthcare RCM, strong instincts for what helps our sales and CS teams succeed, and comfort using AI to get things done efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

- Enablement Program Design & Delivery
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding curricula and ongoing training programs

- Help keep teams updated on new products, features, messaging, and competitive positioning

- Deliver training through multiple formats, including live sessions, self-paced learning, workshops, and hands-on practice

- Content Creation & Management
- Develop and maintain sales collateral (decks, datasheets) and enablement content (talk tracks, demo guides, case studies, and other resources)

- Co-own written responses to RFIs and RFPs, translating complex revenue cycle concepts into clear, persuasive, buyer-ready language

- Fluently use AI to streamline content creation

- Help maintain a centralized, organized library that makes it easy to find and use materials

- Process & Tooling Support
- Support sales process adoption and tool training (e.g., Salesforces, Fluint)

- Help maintain demo environments and build out demo cases

- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve enablement workflows and outcomes

Growth Trajectory
- Role reports to existing Enablement Manager

- Initially execution-focused, with a clear path to shaping the direction of the broader sales enablement function as trust and tenure build

What Success Looks Like
- Deep enough understanding of our product suite and revenue cycle context to write about it accurately and help sellers sell it

- Writing is accurate, persuasive, and delivered on deadline

- Sales decks, collateral, and enablement materials clearly and credibly represent our product suite

- Comfortable helping present buyer enablement and educational sessions

- Enablement content stays organized, current, and actually gets used

- Confidently own enablement projects and workstreams, not just tasks

Skills and Education:

- 4-6 years of experience in enablement, marketing, healthcare RCM
