micro1 is engaging Education & Tutoring Experts to contribute to an innovative customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work

- Participate in realistic one-on-one tutoring and educational conversations with other project participants.

- Simulate common tutoring scenarios, including explaining concepts, answering questions, guiding learners, and providing academic support.

- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful explanations tailored to different learning needs and levels.

- Demonstrate effective teaching techniques, active listening, questioning, and student engagement during conversations.

- Adapt your communication and teaching approach based on the learner's needs, understanding, and progress.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive and professional manner.

- Follow project guidelines to ensure conversations are natural and representative of real-world tutoring or teaching interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional experience as a Teacher, Private Tutor, Academic Tutor, Educator, Academic Coach, or similar role.

- Several years of hands-on teaching, tutoring, or academic support experience preferred.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt explanations to different learners.

- Experience conducting one-on-one tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic coaching sessions.

- Strong active listening, patience, and student engagement skills.

- Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions.
