In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required โ€” your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for clinical experts deeply committed to working with young abuse survivors, especially those who have made this their primary clinical focus. You will play a key part in ensuring nuanced, accurate, and sensitive representation of mental health challenges faced by youth abuse victims.
Scope of Work

- Analyze and contribute to case-based scenarios reflecting the complexities of youth abuse victimization.

- Review, assess, and provide feedback on model-generated mental health guidance related to abuse cases.

- Develop and curate content outlining best practices for trauma-informed care for young abuse survivors.

- Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses from a clinical and ethical perspective.

- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables reflect current standards in mental health care for abuse victims.

- Participate in iterative review cycles, offering insights to refine and improve training data quality.

- Document recommendations to enhance system sensitivity, accuracy, and safety for vulnerable populations.

Preferred Qualifications

- MD, PhD (psychology), or PhD (social work) with completed credentials.

- Extensive clinical experience working with youth who are victims of abuse, with a primary or exclusive focus in this area.

- Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practices and interventions for young survivors.

- Active clinical engagement in the field, dedicating the majority of working time to supporting abuse victims.

- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and safeguarding participant privacy and well-being.
