eDiscovery Project Director
Overview
The Project Director will lead initiatives, projects, complex or strategic client engagements, or other efforts in the vertical or across verticals, as directed by the Vertical VP. This role demands a strong leader who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization globally and can be consultative, collaborative, and effective in working with clients. The Project Director is an empowered leader who must drive results, proactively identify, and resolve problems on high complexity projects. The Project Director has the primary responsibility to ensure that the project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost. The Project Director is accountable with the Leads for the project schedule results and leading and assisting other Project Managers on larger projects as needed.
The Project Director will manage the Team's work plan (tasks, milestones, & dependencies) and resource needs within and across teams. Communicate and coach process teams on the usage of E-PMO processes and tools. Identify and qualify project team risks, issues and scope changes and assist in their tracking using E-PMO tools and defined processes.

Responsibilities
Management of Projects
- Creating and maintaining the project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements.
- Manage multiple portfolios of project and program management services including analysis, execution, and delivery of projects across the enterprise.
- Defining, negotiating, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables.
- Planning and managing internal and external project communications (with client and internal team), ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables.
- Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices.
- Provide senior leaders with vital information of project, program and portfolio health allowing them to appropriately govern the project portfolios.
- Successfully managing multiple concurrent projects as well as team members.
- Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI's on a regular basis.
- Collaborating with colleagues and being an internal leader with respect to junior team members.
Vertical Leadership
- Provide leadership and support, and training to multiple teams, and serving as a primary point of escalation.
- Monitor the delivery of business objectives and client experience for PMO services.
- Assist with scoping projects and helping portfolio leads to identify the right teams\persons to assign incoming projects to Project Managers.
- Works with other Project Directors to support vertical or company-wide engagements as needed or required Subject Matter Expert.
- Use PMO and external collaboration and knowledge to create, document, and deliver internal education and process improvement initiatives.
- Be considered both internally and externally as the expert on certain broad initiatives related to PMO execution.
Sales Support
- Knowledgeable about and able to speak competently to all of Consilio's service offerings.
- Develop strategic external relationships through participation/presentation at industry events, publication of articles, membership in relevant thought leadership groups, and similar activities.
