As an E-Commerce Manager (DTC) , you will play a critical role in owning and growing a major e-commerce marketplace, with a primary focus on Amazon and a secondary focus on Shopify. You'll be responsible for the full channel—from product detail pages and advertising through inventory, forecasting, fulfillment, and performance management.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketplace expertise with commercial and operational thinking. You'll need to understand how traffic, product pages, conversion, advertising, inventory, replenishment, and revenue connect, while taking ownership of the details that keep the channel healthy and growing.
Accountability

Your success as the E-Commerce Manager (DTC) will be defined by your ability to own the e-commerce channel end to end, identify opportunities and issues proactively, and ensure that marketing, inventory, and operational decisions work together to support growth.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
End-to-End E-Commerce Management

- Own day-to-day marketplace operations with a primary focus on Amazon.

- Act as the subject matter expert for the Amazon channel.

- Monitor channel performance and proactively identify issues and opportunities.

- Maintain visibility across traffic, product detail pages, conversion, sales, inventory, and replenishment.

- Understand how changes across the channel affect overall revenue performance.

- Ensure the marketplace remains healthy, accurate, and operationally reliable.

Product Detail Page & Listing Optimization

- Manage and optimize product listings and product detail pages.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information.

- Improve product discoverability and conversion through effective listing optimization.

- Monitor listing health and SKU performance.

- Identify opportunities to improve product content and marketplace performance.

- Bring strong marketplace expertise and proactively recommend improvements.

Amazon Advertising

- Set up, monitor, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns.

- Monitor advertising performance and identify underperforming campaigns.

- Manage advertising activity against broader sales objectives.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

- Use advertising data to understand traffic and conversion performance.

- Ensure advertising decisions are aligned with overall channel performance.

FBA Inventory & Replenishment

- Monitor FBA inventory levels and replenishment requirements.

- Identify stockout risks and potential inventory constraints.

- Coordinate replenishment with relevant operational stakeholders.

- Monitor lead times, aging inventory, and expected demand.

- Maintain visibility into inventory movement and upcoming requirements.

- Document important inventory and replenishment changes.

- Ensure recurring inventory deadlines are met.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

- Build and maintain monthly forecasts using actual performance, historical data, inventory, demand, sales activity, and relevant trends.

- Monitor expected demand against available inventory and fulfillment capacity.

- Update forecasts as business conditions change.
