AbouttheRole

AspireLiving&LearningisseekinganexperiencedDirectorofFinancialPlanning&Analysis(FP&A)toprovidestrategicfinancialleadershipacrosstheorganization.ReportingtotheCFO,thisroleleadsbudgeting,forecasting,financialmodeling,performanceanalysis,andlong-termfinancialplanning.

TheDirectorofFP&Apartnerswithexecutiveleadership,operationalleaders,programteams,andthebroaderfinancedepartmenttoturncomplexfinancialinformationintoclear,actionableinsights.Thispositionsupportsdata-informeddecision-making,organizationalgrowth,programinnovation,riskmanagement,andlong-termfinancialsustainability.

KeyResponsibilities
StrategicFinancialPlanning

- p]:inline">PartnerwiththeCFOandseniorleadershiptodevelopandimplementAspire’sfinancialstrategy.

- p]:inline">Leadmulti-yearfinancialplanninginsupportoforganizationalgrowth,servicedeliveryinnovation,andlong-termsustainability.

- p]:inline">Providefinancialanalysis,recommendations,anddecisionsupportforexecutiveleadershipandBoardreporting.

- p]:inline">Evaluatefinancialrisks,opportunities,andthepotentialimpactofstrategicinitiatives.

BudgetingandForecasting

- p]:inline">Leadtheorganization-wideannualbudgetingprocess,ensuringalignmentwithstrategicprioritiesandoperationalrealities.

- p]:inline">Developrollingforecasts,scenarioanalyses,andfinancialmodelstoanticipaterisksandopportunities.

- p]:inline">Establishandmaintainstandardizedbudgetingtools,templates,andprocessesacrossprogramsanddepartments.

- p]:inline">Partnerwithoperationalleaderstoimprovebudgetdevelopment,monitoring,andaccountability.

- p]:inline">Analyzebudget-to-actualresultsandidentifytrends,variances,andcorrectiveactions.

FinancialAnalysisandReporting

- p]:inline">Delivertimely,accurate,andmeaningfulfinancialreportingtoexecutiveandoperationalleaders.

- p]:inline">Translatecomplexfinancialdataintoclearinsightsandrecommendationsfornon-financialstakeholders.

RequiredQualifications

- p]:inline">Bachelor’sdegreeinfinance,accounting,economics,business,orarelatedfield.

- p]:inline">Atleast8yearsofprogressiveexperienceinfinancialplanning,financialanalysis,budgeting,forecasting,andfinancialleadership.

- p]:inline">Experienceworkinginanonprofit,humanservices,healthcare,behavioralhealth,education,orsimilarlycomplexserviceorganizationpreferred.

- p]:inline">Demonstratedexpertiseinfinancialmodeling,scenarioplanning,forecasting,budgeting,andmanagementreporting.

- p]:inline">Stronganalytical,strategicthinking,andproblem-solvingskills.

- p]:inline">Abilitytotranslatefinancialandoperationaldataintoactionablerecommendations.
